Abstract

CONCLUSION: We believe that Achilles tendon reconstruction using an FHL transfer for non-healing plantar heel ulcers resulting from a triple Hoke lengthening of the Achilles tendon is a good treatment option for diabetic patients.

연구 논문 요약 : 그간 절단이외에는 치료 방법이 없던 종골아래에 발생한 난치성 후족부 궤양을 엄지발가락으로 가는 힘줄의 일부를 이전하여 치료하는 새로운 수술방법을 소개한는 연구 논문이다. 이로인해 후족부 궤양으로 인한 발의 절단을 상당부분 예방 할수 있었다.
